"I loved the Villa I stayed in it was very close to the Acrisure Arena. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. It had pretty much everything I needed. Small kitchen with every possible appliance and tools. The place was well stocked with every necessity in each room. They offered coffee with a coffee machine in room. "Property wa ma great for families. There’s a wonderful play area for little kids. The pool is great. Nice big area 3-8 ft deep. And a separate kiddie pool 1-2 feet deep. Plenty of seating around the pool deck. Check in and out was easy. Short walk to the beach but definitely check the tide chart. If it’s high tide you won’t have any beach to walk out onto. But other nearby beaches are larger and still have plenty of beach area during high tide. My only complaint about the condo (259) was that...

"Very clean and updated! Only thing, the AC didnt work in our room nor in the living room nor kitchen. Our room was 80° when we got there and it wouldnt come on. They gave us 2 other rooms to choose from and they were both fine. We have friends in CA and would like to bring them over sometime so hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. Thank you much!"

"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...
