He absolutely loves the location, the helpful and attentive staff and hotel’s quiet class from the breakfast area to chilling with me in the bar area. The manager and staff deserve particular praise. They could not have been more helpful and attentive to us … and I have a 12 year old who asks a lot of questions! Helpful staff and brilliant housekeeping. You couldn’t ask for more. "Stay was excellent. Able to park car and short walk to Tube. Staff very helpful. Left some coats in the room and staff have been amazing sorting out them being returned. Very grateful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Was told we could park at the front of the hotel for 20 mins whilst we took our luggage to the room. However, after only being 15 mins we received a parking ticket. There are only 2 lifts and this was a real problem being such a big hotel. We were based on the 8th Floor and after waiting for over 20 mins to be able to get into the lift on several occasions we had no choice but to walk up and down the stairs to get to our room."
