"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"We couldn't fault this place! The location is great - super easy to get around and stations, restaurants and 'The Scramble' are all within easy walking distance. You can walk to Harajuku and Meiji Jingu (well worth a visit by the way!) within 30 minutes. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our whole stay. The facilities are great - there is free iced and hot coffee (which was actually really good!), ice machine, lots of bits and bobs (like combs, toothbrushes, shower caps, tea bags etc),...

"We stayed here for 7 days during our trip to Japan. The room is larger than we expected. There are two walkable subway stations around, each is about 5-8mins walk. Reasonable price with no room service, but we are able to get stuff that we asked for."

"Very good service, but location is inconvenient if you are travelling by metro. It is 11 minutes to JR and Tokyo metro. It is however really close to Sunshine City. "
