"Best hotel in Lubbock by a mile! Hip and trendy but tasteful. Nice well equipped rooms and a very inviting courtyard. This is our new to go to place when we pass between Austin and Santa Fe. Located in the somewhat dilapidated downtown area but very convenient to Texas Tech and walkable to nearby restaurants. We were there on a Monday so it was nice to have an on premises food option."

"At first we were worried we wouldn't get a restful night's sleep since it seemed there was a family a few rooms down that was hosting a pool party for children and took it to their room into the late evening. Kids were screaming and crying and running up and down the hallways. Thankfully most of the party left apparently and we had a normal night's sleep. We had to leave quite early the next morning so we didn't get to eat the breakfast."
