" We arrived at night, so the check-in was very difficult as everything is automated. We had to call and have a customer service rep call us back to walk us through the whole hour process as this was so unfamiliar to us. No one will check on you. You can request your room to be cleaned every 3 days. And, If you want towels, etc, you will have to call customer service to call the maid to bring towels etc. Put trash outside your door and the maid will dump it in the morning. Be sure to set up...

"1. Night Reception could not find my booking until I showed all my bookings in document. 2. Night Reception did not tell us that breakfast was provided until we came down after breakfast time to be told we missed our breakfast. 3. The morning receptionist was very helpful and help to order some burgers and tea for us. Her service is excellent."
