The property is in a great location close to Pitt street shops, very clean and luxurious looking. The things that annoyed me are, I asked for a microwave the lady at the front said I’ll get one sent straight up, I even repeated my room number twice, no microwave came. Gym facilities were closed without prior knowledge I was looking forward to trying out the acero gym. The constant barrage of communication prior to checking out and after my stay. 15 min before checkout I received and sms, an email and a what’s up message from the hotel and a lady to my hotel door. Check out was 11am all this was going on at 10:45. I even took a photo of me leaving the hotel room to prove I left before 11am because of the constant bothering. Since the stay they’ve asked for a review which I provided like above but with more detail and submitted and since then I’m getting emails saying don’t forget to leave a review I already did.
