"Waiting for check-in took a long time. One staff member was serving multiple people while another staff member was serving only a few with Honor membership. Not fair "

"Wonderful! We had the marina view which was very pretty & definitely made us feel like we were on vacation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice & helpful. Beautiful pool, walk ways around the premises on the water so we could check out the boat, a water taxi pick up within walking distance, & much more. Very pretty area! "

"We stayed her one night before heading to the keys. The room was very nice and comfortable. The tv was amazing and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. We enjoyed the pool as well. Parking was expensive and not expected to be such and the hotel and area was a bit stuffy for my liking. "
