"This was our second stay at the hotel when visiting Tokyo. It is worth every cent we paid. View in Shibuya can’t be beat if you are in upper floors facing North North/East towards the scramble. Access to rail and walkable food and shopping is great. Room was larger than I expected."

"Really like the convenience of this hotel. Close to JR, subway and bus terminals. Lots of restaurants and malls around. Narita bus drop and pick up at the hotel. Luggage storage while we continue to explore the city. Very nice and friendly staff. "

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Overall it’s a very clean hotel, the best thing is it has a washer/dryer in each room. Employees and staff are very friendly and can speak English. The hotel offers coffee & tea in the lobby but there is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a supermarket around the corner and a 7-11 down the street. It’s a 15 minute walk from Shibuya station so a little challenging when carrying luggages through the Shibuya crowd. "

"The staffs are friendly and the location is amazing. It is close to a lot of different shopping centers, dining places, and transportation hubs. The room can be a little small but we are okay with that since we were not in our room a lot. Would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "

"The staff was supper helpful when they were on duty. The are below the homeless a bar the ppl partied all night yell and screaming to the morning light. The bathroom in my room smell like urine "
