Moderate hotel but staff great and rooms clean
"Nice hotel but was a fair distance to walk into Pismo Beach. Room was clean but a little dated, however the bed was v comfy. Not a bad hotel and the free breakfast was a bonus."

"Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it.
