front desk staff at night rude. lots of tour bus traffic. noise at all hours of the night. housekeepers and guests letting room doors slam. nice pictures but i fully regretted my stay. will go elsewhere.

The area around the hotel was very safe, closer to the highway, clean. Not many dining options, a lot of car dealerships, not much to do around.

Great breakfast lots of options there was omlets, sausage patties ,french toast bagels cereal, and more also a good variety of drinks as well. Rooms were small they look just like they do in the pictures but they were very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable i think its the best sleep ive gotten in a hotel bed from all our stays in san diego i have a herniated disc and my husband has a knee injury and we both sleep very good and they also accommodated a room for us downstairs like we asked at time of booking ..you do hear some noise from families traveling with kids but not enough to interrupt any kind of sleep. Staff was all extremely friendly we were always greeted by every staff member anytime they seen us definitely made us feel welcomed. We're definitely staying here again in futures trips.

The breakfast served in the mornings is terrible a n d the eggs had bo flavor luke out if a bix.toadt was old.french toast was terrible. Sausage patties were cheqp. The gravy was vla d out if a can..gross.. suowr noisy.. the front desk agent sent me to a room that was occupied.. i was exhausted..i just wanted to aleep..but you can hear kids screaming in the halls.

I liked that it had a gym and free breakfast from 6:30 am - 9:30 am. The breakfast was good it had eggs, sausage and French toast and lots of coffee. This was the highlight of my stay. The staff was also very nice. What I did not like was that when I first got there my key card did not work and maintenance had to change the battery on the card reader for my card to work. I was in a rush so having him in my room while I was trying to get ready was not ideal. Then my rooms peep hole had a napkin through it. I don't know if the last guest put it in there or the hotel did but the peep hole looked normal from the outside of the room. That's pretty much it. I had some friends stay at the Harborview inn and that place was 100 times worse than my hotel and was the same price. It did not have a gym, or free breakfast, and the elevator was the size of a sardine can. GreenTree was great compared to them. I would recommend this place to friends. The only issues for me where the key card not working when I first got there. Which they did fix and and the napkin through the peephole which again looked normal from the outside of the room. My room was nice with strong reliable internet and had a nice desk I was able to get work done on. Bathroom was a little small but it wasn't like I paid for a huge suite. Also the area where the hotel is located is nice and safe. I would stay here again. Thanks GreenTree!

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, although it closes at 9:30 stop refilling food at 9:00am. Staff was friendly. Ample parking. Some homeless ppl When we arrived but I expected it since I knew the area. We are definitely coming back.

My flight was delayed , so I called to let them know I will arrived to the hotel early in the morning . When I arrived around 2 am , was ringing at the door but nobody answer so o called the hotel and nobody answer the phone either so after 10 minutes ringing at the door finally somebody showed up and it looks sleepy , I got my room at the first thing I notice inside the hotel is a foul odor , the room was ok , but the tv control does not work properly neither the night shift or the mooring staff welcome you at the hotel or thank you for your stay , definitely I won’t come back to your hotel

Everything was very good. The room was comfortable, not too spacious though kind of small room but with all the amenities. Breakfast food was ok, not a lot of food variety, the coffee was bad. The floor in our room was a little bit squeaky and noise and the worst part was the a/c fan was loud. Parking area was big and enough space to park.

Very water saving efficient toilet, but the tank water level is set too high it seems. Not anywhere near enough non-skid in my bathtub. I recommend not renting this room out until that is fixed.

Very convenient covered parking under back of building. KING ROOM - Very comfortable king bed - not too firm or soft. Extremely comfortable soft pillows. Also firm ones for sitting up. Very nice standing Samsung TV that is not too large & can be watched comfortably from 1 foot away while preparing food or from the bed. Dry closet with storage, good amount of drawers, frig cabinet with extra storage, & large separate vanity area with plenty of open storage underneath. Nice mirrors & wall pictures.

Stayed 3 nights. The first day breakfast was decent. The second day- no food after 8.30 am, no coffee/hot water at 9.15. The third day- no bangles, no muffins at all. The property is very old, old furniture, noisy toilet and faucet. Only positive thing is new a/c.
