"Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day."

"Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay at KK Sapa. The service was great - they even surprised my boyfriend with a cake for his birthday.
