"The hotel and room were spacious and clean. The breakfast was terrific. We had a couple problems with our room during our stay but management took care of the problems quickly, even when one took place at 3 am. The location was close to public transportation and many restaurants."

"Great location and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurant options. There is a Trader Joe’s conveniently located across the street. Love the art on display in all 21C Museum locations. Be warned staying in a city location will result in city noises like police/fire sirens and traffic. This was not a bother for me but if seeking a quiet location with little to no noise, then you may rethink this location. Also, was not aware you are charged an Urban Experience Fee of $25 plus taxes per night of your stay. This is billed separately upon check out and no one mentioned it at check in. Therefore I was surprised to be charged around $140 for my 5 night pre-paid stay. "
