"The property was okay, but their pillows really are not pillows. they are cushions with pillowcases, we requested regular-size pillows and were told "no" that was all they had. Also, the curtains in the rooms should be able to close all the way."

"I’m a local who checked in for 2 days after staying at a crappier motel after the storm on 5/28. We had serious tree damage, including a neighbor’s tree that took out the lines in the alley behind me so it was not a quick fix and I was stressed as a single mom of a high-needs special needs kid who was completely discombobulated by everything. The check-in process was smooth with a lovely and helpful young gentleman whose name I forget (he had an eyepatch), followed by another super helpful...

"It was a great stay and convenient for us to stay near the UTD for a high school graduation and prom. The only issue we had was the hotel hosting a huge gathering in the convention center/lobby areas and no parking for guest."
