Always heard that New Yorkers are not friendly, yet every staffer at this Courtyard by Marriott has been kind and friendly. A great start to our trip! Only complaint is I wish beds were queen rather than double (our son is with us so two beds necessary)."

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"I’m a NYC resident, I had an early morning flight and wanted to be very close to the airport. This place is excellent for someone who wants to stay at a clean place close to the airport w easy transportation . They offer airport shuttles and free breakfast. While this is not the same caliber as the Peninsula, it’s efficient, clean, and friendly. "

"I was told by three different people on my arrival and later that night that the shuttle to the airport ran every half an hour 24 hours. When I arrived in the morning at 4 o’clock, I was told that it doesn’t start until five. I had to order a cab and pay $25. Someone else shared the cab with me who had the same problem and the Hotel paid for it. Why didn’t the hotel pay for my part of it as well? No communication!! . "
