This is my first time going out of the country with my boyfriend so we wanted to find a resort that had things to do while staying on the resort! This resort was amazing from golf, shopping, casino! The only thing is the food wasn’t amazing, it did not blow my socks off. If you are looking for amazing food I would recommend going else where but if you’re looking for a buffet style all inclusive then this is your place. The only place we had good food was the Japanese restaurant, other than that it was all buffet style!

Staff was very friendly, chef minaya and chef carlos moni went above and beyond with our group. They prepared a special dinner for us that really made our stay. Nevertheless, every body was very friendly and the food was very good.

if you are debating in staying here, please DO! I’ve visited a couple hotels in PC, but none of them top the Majestic. i’m definitely not going to keep looking other hotels when visiting, will always choose Majestic!

They could improve on cleaning some areas on the pool that debris and dead insects accmulate. Especially there is an area between towel station and the bar which actually is a big section that has no fresh water coming in from the filtration system and dead insects and debris get pushed to that area. I've been to hotels with huge pools that had a robot cleaning the debris overnight or had a dedicated person with a mesh tool cleaning those areas all the time.
