"There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel as it was advertised on Hotel.com. I was not able to contact anyone prior to my arrival to the Hotel. Unfortunately my flight was delayed. So I was trying to inform the hotel but no one was reachable via phone, texts, and email. When I arrived to the Hotel the time was around 9 PM. After several attempts I was able to get a message by WhatsApp. But I was asked to pay 15 Euro extra to pay for checking in late. It looks like they only make...
