"The young ladies working when we arrived late that night were very helpful and nice. Only complaint was the ice machines were not working on any of the floors and key cards didn’t work properly had to try 3-4 times to get door unlocked. Other than that would definitely recommend it to anyone. The bus that stopped right up the block took us directly into Time Square in NYC which was awesome and only cost $4.50 for one way or $9.00 for round trip. "
