"Overall loved the location, beautiful view. I will stay here again. Stayed for 2 nights. Pros: location, beach access, check in staff very friendly, parking security very friendly and helpful. Very close to eateries, bars, clubs. If you want peace and quite and just want to relax this is not for you. Most of Rosarito is a party beach, a place to have fun, drink, listen to music, have a bon fire, and set some fireworks. A lot of vendors trying to sell you from peanuts to massages....

"I booked the room for a surprise visit for my boyfriend’s birthday. I decided to pay the extra $80 for an upgraded room with an ocean view balcony. Our first room that I bought as a so called balcony room was no balcony, it was a window ledge that neither my bf nor I could barely stand on let alone walk or sit. It was a joke. After complaining to the front desk I was shown a patio room with no view as an option to move. This was not close to what I had booked. On my second trip back to complain...

"The room and hotel were pretty good in general. What we didn’t like is that the toilet clogged and they took forever to go fix it. Also, there’s no phone in the rooms and when you call from your own phone they never answer. "

"This was a great spot to spend the night. Beds are very comfy, I didn’t want to get up from the bed. Bed sheets were clean and smelled clean. Rest of the room and restroom was clean. There seemed to be some confusion with Expedia and the hotel because only one room was showing up out of 2, but Expedia customer service was quick to reach out to hotel staff and worked it out. Staff was really nice and and was helpful throughout everything. There was a 30 dollar deposit fee. I would say I can trust...

"Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
