Hotel Membeli-belah di Phu Quoc

"This hotel is a picturesque beach front resort. The pearl suite villa is amazing. I will admit i was disappointed that trees blocked what would be an amazing ocean view, but everything else about the property made up for that. Unfortunately my 5 star review is tarnished by restaurant waiters with coughs serving food and a bad spa experience. Our couples massage was interrupted by a sick masseuse coughing in our ear. Id probably let this go if i didn't bring home this sickness with me :("

"The best resort in Phu Quoc. We are going to make another reservation for this winter. That's how much we enjoyed it. A fun and unique concept with excellent maintenance, service, food & beverage. The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach. Thank you to Manager Phoung who took good care of us, and Instructor Ha for a wonderful yoga experience by the beach during sunrise."

"We have a confirmation email stated the shuttle service and breakfast was included, but the receptionist denied it said its was not included, even the prove has been shown. They will request you to communicate with the respective agency (hotel.com) due to the configuration error! Why they are not the one should communicate to solve the problem but is ths the customers! "Ganz gute Lage, die Anlage ist im Grunde sehr schön gestaltet und liegt recht ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, es gibt sogar neben dem Schlafraum eine Art Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Couch und einem Tischchen mit 2 Stühlen. Außerdem eine Garderobe. ABER: jeden Morgen stank es vor unserem Bungalow erbärmlich nach totem Tier/Verwesung. Bereits beim einchecken lag ein Mäusekopf auf der Treppe hoch zum Bungalow. Dieser wurde erst auf unsere dringliche Bitte vom Personal entfernt. Der Gestank blieb...

"Hotel is clean , staffs are very friendly , rooms are good size . There is a fridge in every room . We booked 4 rooms for our trip as a family . Garden and pools are beautiful . The hotel has no private beach , the beach nearby, with walking distance is not swimable . If you are looking for hotel with the beach able to swim , you need to staying in the different part of the island , not this part Duong Động as far as I know . "
