I liked staying there but I did not like the way the room key needed the room sleeve to unlock the door to my room. Since they use the sleeve to write down the room number it does not make the room safe if you lose that key with the sleeve. Unless you blank out your room number on the sleeve. A person should be able to just use the card

Check in was super easy and quick with great instructions in which building we would be and where to park. Was quiet and clean in the room which was great, only negative was one of the bed dipped too far to really be comfortable on. Clearly an older room but overall great experience

Only stayed there for one night. They need to get new pillows!!! Those things are hard as hell. The mattress was fine and area itself was walkable to a convention I had to go too.

Llevo varios años como cliente pero en esta estadía el personal del checking no fue amable y siendo una persona discapacitada pedí que me colocaran cerca del lobby y me enviaron al edificio más lejos de el. No muy buena experiencia esta vez.

Everything was perfect the room was a really big size and everything was perfect from parking to noise level was quiet and the pool was really nice!

Another guest at the hotel verbally abused my wife and I when he saw our car with NY license plates. Followed us to our room while challenging me to fight and threatening us Florida’s Stand Your Ground. This indicated that he may have been armed with a gun. Called us the N word while walking around our car and rushed up to the passenger window as we were leaving. Reported it to the front desk when checking out. I give them a picture of the license plate and was told security will look into it. After a few minutes security hadn’t showed up so we left. About an hour later security manager called me to say that they were looking into it and the car wasn’t there. They promised to call us back. He said they would give us some discount on our next trip. Don’t want to use this company anymore.

It was a great stay. The location is excellent. Walkable to the Pointe with shoppes and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised that Starbucks is inside the hotel lobby. 3 pools which was very nice. The rooms were very clean. Great stay. Highly Recommend!

Today was a horrible checkin day. After a long day and walking from the back parking lot because i had a oversize vehicle in the sun to check in. Walk all the way back to building F the keys don't work. Another roundtrip in the sun to get new keys in the exhausting heat and they still didn't work. Had to wait for security to let us in our room. Got in to room late and had less time to sleep before i checkout at 11:30pm
