I would not going back to stay this hotel again and I would not recommend go to this hotel because when I reserve, it said I have to pay $149 at the desk for the fee when check in thatā€™s not including my hotel rate, Iā€™m okay with that, but when I was checking in, they change me $251 at the desk not $149.

This was the 2nd time staying at this resort. The location to the Disney parks is great. The bathroom was dirty, we had a hard time getting housekeeping to empty garbage and bring new towels.

Beds uncomfortable, pull out bed the worst. Toilet kept running till I fixed it. Hallways And elevator very dirty. No caffeinated coffee left for coffee maker. Decaf was terrible. Not a great experience. Poor choices for food in food Court and the ones offered were very expensive. Had to pay another $83 for resort fee and to park my car there for one night.

My family just got back from a vacation to Orlando and the only bad part of our trip was our stay at this property. Everything at this ā€œresortā€ is outdated and dirty and my wife spent half our trip on the phone with staff trying to get problems with our room fixed and also trying to get simple things like towels and pillows sent to the room. First, our room had multiple issues, a bed that was broken and fell over when my son laid on it and a shower valve that fell off and would not stop leaking despite how hard it was turned off. It took days to get staff to come out and look at these issues and the valve was secured on but still ran continuously making a dripping noise all night when we tried to sleep. Second, the first night we called to get towels and pillows (after we arrived to the hotel from the airport around 11pm) and after several reminders calls and 2 hours later, we finally got the towels and pillows. The second day my wife called to talk to management about our experience and got the runaround from the front desk with no satisfactory outcome and she continued calling them each day to try and talk to the manager (never did get a call from the manager). We eat once at the hotel and while the food was ok, it was expensive and the service was again lacking. I went to what they called the fitness center and the few pieces of equipment they did have was in horrible shape and again filthy. The only somewhat redeeming quality of this hotel is itā€™s proximity to the parks.
