Ended up extending my stay for an extra night!! Great spot - super close to Bryant Park, Radio City Music Hall, and Times Square. Convenient subway and other transportation options around the hotel. Will stay here again when back in NYC.

Staff was great, lisa,jennifer and rosa at front desk were exceptional in helping,as was the male staff. Breakfast was simple. Coffee and bagels,cereal etc. And enough to get you on your day. The bad, cheese had mold but was addressed quickly, as well as let know their was a roach walking around the coffee machine. Other issue was after getting a fresh change of sheets, my daughter woke up to bed bug bites, told staff and also addressed quickly. Overall from scale of 0 -10, a very solid 8, due to how great the staff was.
