Got off to a rough start trying to get the free shuttle from the airport. We called over 20 times, two different numbers only to have each call cancelled. Finally contacted expedia for assistance. They also, could not get thru by phone. They gave me a hotel email to try. After an hour and a half, someone finally called me to get a shuttle ride another half hour later. At the front desk, no apologies, just blaming my phone service. Wanting to know if it was my phone service, I called the Sheraton Hotel at the airport, same Italian prefix and got thru immediately. Tried Dolce at Wyndam again…call cancelled again. My phone service worked fine. Dolce phone does not answer. Very disappointed in the shuttle service scheduling, no way to contact them and lack of apology at the front desk. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable and space was quiet.

I needed to check out of a four night reservation after only one night. I was willing to pay for another night even though I would not be there but the hotel was absolutely not willing to compromise or refund any portion of stay at all. That is their ‘policy’ so I am not surprised. Restaurant food was excellent, though.
