Every time we stay here, the guest services are always great. German the guy front service greeter has always been a delight to see when we leave or come back from an outing. Till next time!

The property is good clean and the location is premium. However my main issue is with the staff -- from the moment we checked in we were cajoled by a bevy of staff members from SolMar resort (BEWARE OF THEM) who will offer you welcome drinks sweet talk you into discounted deals and will send you as fresh meat to one of the horrible horrible timeshare presentations! We wasted 5 hrs because of this!!

The service was below expectations. The desk would not provide currency exchange or provide change to give to staff. They told us to go to the valet staff to get exchange! The constant disco thumping music was 24/7 and lasted until 3 to 5 am! There was not a moment of peace and relaxation. We dpent over $7 thousand at the hotel forcthe most miserable 2 weeks of our life. We will NEVER RETURN! Neither we will return to Cabo. It is polluted and corrupted. We were charged $10 tp be driven 1/2 mile. The most outrageous treatment we've ever received in any country. I will write a long yelp post and let all our friends know never to spend their time or money in Cabo or any Solmar property. Now we need a vacation.
