Everything is walkable from this hotel. Restaurants, grocery, tube station, Hyde Park etc. The staff is friendly and the property is very clean.

Convenient location - near the Bayawater underground and have buses to notting hill area lcoated around the corner. Room was great for our young family and interior design was nicely done. Would stay again if we are visiting in London.

The room was smaller than pictured, it was dirty and most disappointing was they advertise a vegan breakfast but they do not. When I asked, they said they changed dining room vendors but never changed their ad. This was the main reason I booked this hotel so o was very unhappy.

This was the perfect spot for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall for a concert. There were a raft of excellent eateries in the vicinity and we were able to stroll through the park for the event in delightful evening sunshine. The hotel was beautfully presented and quiet. We would certainly use it again for future visits.

The property was easy to get to from the station. Very convenient to walk to. The room was spacious and had all the ammenities needed and was nice and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay but it looked great and there was always people enjoying it each morning.
