The location is everything! 100/100 it’s in the middle of everything & if you’re lucky you can get upgraded to the Bellagio fountain view! Stay here you won’t regret it!

I liked the Cosmo a lot and would definitely stay there again. It was Memorial Day weekend though so the hotel was very packed and busy. There were certain times that it took forever to get an elevator. Regardless of that I really enjoyed my room and amenities and access to great restaurants.

The smell of weed was horrendous we called the front desk they were suppose to bring a deodorizer but didn’t. The next morning the weed smell was overwhelming we called the front desk again they finally sent the deodorizer. The toilet handle was barely hanging on. The rooms were 3 star needs updating.

Room service takes forever. We had moths in our room. No fitted sheet on our bed so when the flat sheet moved while we slept we would end up on the bare mattress

The music from the Marquee night club is unbearable loud at night. You can hear and feel the music even on the 30th floor all weekend until 4:00 am. How do they expect people to sleep that are on the Boulevard pool side ? The only solutioned offered were earplugs. At $1K a night room this is insulting.

Our room had vomit in it when we checked in and they didn’t seem to care. We had to demand to speak with a manager but they couldn’t upgrade our room. The hotel looks run down overall and needs a refresh. Little Things like the paint was chipping in the rooms, there were scratches on the furniture, the carpet was worn, bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned, handprints everywhere. Not worth the money.

The Cosmopolitan used to be one of the "It" places.... no longer... not very clean, too many unkempt, poorly dressed, slovenly, classless people roaming the property, particularly the Casino... upon checking in my bathroom was dirty with urine stains still on the bowl... my room safe was locked by the previous guest (i needed to secure cash/valuables and not carry all with me) I called the front desk and concierge as soon as i got to my room, 6 times, SIX TIMES in total over two days speaking to someone every time, 4 "work orders" put in... the final day I was checking out someone from concierge finally got back to me about opening the safe!!!! Really?

Room was clean, beds were not firm but still comfy, multiple convenient amenities, and a lot of options for dining, shopping, and relaxing. Having a balcony was a game changer and an entire mini-fridge for our use (not just the mini-bar) was great compared to other hotels on the strip that don't have them!

Love having a room with a balcony . The fountain view is beautiful. The pools are nice . Me and my wife have stayed here twice now and love it . We got a couples massage and was able to use the spa all day . That was a very nice treat . Great food options .
