We liked the pool area, casino and choice of restaurants. Was not happy about the daily Resort Fee. A ripoff.

Booked two rooms for 8 people and when we got there, they gave us keys to rooms which were occupied already. Waited for two hours to resolve. We had to split up in different towers. According to staff, rooms are first come, first serve. Thought when you book your room and paid for it, it should be available when you get there. Guess not. Wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed!

When my group and I chose to upgrade our rooms each of us was charged a different rate for the same rooms on the same tower.

Overall stay was good. I don’t like the fact we were charged a deposit hold fee when staying 2 nights that should be communicated before hand or given confirmation when the day of check in is being processed.
