We got a room in an old building area and seems like only us staying there.. once check in our bathroom was leaking and channel on tv is not working.. we need to call for a maintenance.. luckly its only took afew minute to fix the problem.. staff also not so friendly especially in front desk..

flea and bed bugs are found in the room & pillow. When reported to Hotel staff, it seem like they don't really care about it. It seem like this is very common for them to receive this type of feedback from guests.
