"We stayed at the hotel between flights and were satisfied with the experience. The hotel is close to the airport ($15 by taxi) and in a quiet area which is why we chose it. The room was clean and had the basic amenities you would need for a one night stay (the kettle and tea/instant coffee was a nice touch). The furniture was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean so it ended up a good value. The staff was very friendly and called us a cab for our early flight. There are a few shops and 2-3 fast food/doner restaurants about 10-12 min walk from the hotel. We ate doners at one of the establishments (which was also a butchers shop) and were happy with the meal. There was also a small pastry shop in that area which had amazing Turkish desserts. Overall, a good stay and we would stay here again if fly through IST again. "
