"The property is fairly new and in very good condition. Access to the highway was excellent, as was access to main roads in Cortland. Check-in and -out were easy, and the staff members I dealt with were quite pleasant. I didn't take advantage of the various amenities available since I was only there for an overnight stay, so I can't comment on those. "The hotel is located in the Cornell business park very close of the Ithaca airport. There is a lot of green space, walking trails, and a nice pond. Everything about my stay was great - clean, spacious room, comfortable mattress, delightful pillows... except there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was there when I checked in at 4 p.m., but missing at 7 a.m. For the room price, I would expect breakfast to be included, but I knew that was not the case. However, I did expect to find...
