"We had a very nice stay. The lodge is very nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the water pressure in the shower. There basically was none and it made it very difficult to wash and rinse. The temperature was also hard to control with the water either being very cold, or very very hot. Otherwise, it was a nice place. "

"Excellent country house hotel in very small rural quiet hamlet. Greeted by the 2 very friendly springer spaniels. Very comfortable and cosy hotel. Only drawback no tvs in hotel at all either in room or resident lounge. No menu was chef dish on the night. You may be kept awake by the cow in the field opposite who sounded more like a donkey!!"

"A fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere inside and outside of the house is like out of a fairytale where nature and wildlife are in harmony with the house. During our stay we've seen deers in the garden and some very friendly cockerels. The lake is at a short walking distance away. Sadly we only stayed one night, but we'll happily return. "

"A Gem "
"This Gem of an hotel is set in the countryside just 30 mins from loch ness . The owner,Duncan ,gave a real warm welcome on arrival and covered everything i needed to know about my room and facilties of the hotel. The bar has a warm atmosphere and i was able to meet and chat with other guests and share some experiences, again Duncan took an active role in making sure the evening went well. Personally i didnt have an evening meal but i did overhear from other guests and they were very complimentary. Morning breakfast was superb and is served in a sensible time of 7.30 to 9.30 am .Overall i made a good decision with choosing this hotel and would highly recommend you do the same ."
