"Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. "Had a lovely weekend stay for the bank holiday. Our little girl slept well both nights and the breakfast both morning's was wonderful. "We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern. Our breakfast was included in the price and was fantastic. Buffet style, the chef made our toast for us, as I had three young children, super helpful! Would definitely recommend, and will be returning! ☺️"
