"Lovely helpful friendly staff, room a little tired but still clean and comfortable, in an excellent situation especially the view from the roof terrace. Our air con wasn’t working, and we only discovered this on our first of two nights, during the night. We opened the window to the street, which became a hive of activity pretty early. We forgot to report it the next day, so that was down to us. It didn’t spoil our stay though, would certainly stay there again. "

"We had a cancelled flight and needed to find accommodation in Pisa quickly. We were glad we chose Hotel Maria at the last minute. Friendly and efficient check in and we were given a bigger room than booked, which was appreciated. Although a small space, it was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. Literally a 2 minute walk to the train station and the Pisamover for our trip back to the airport so very convenient. Thank you for having us :)"

"The property was easy to access and great for one night however the bathroom was terrible and there was quite a bit of noise from the road. The bathroom has a window into the bedroom without any curtains or blinds so you have no privacy when using the toilet and the bath has a high pressure shower head that would be great if there was anything to stop it from splashing all over the room as you try to use it.
