My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. "Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. "Honestly it was a great stay. Firstly all the staff were really nice and friendly ( all of them). Secondly they upgraded my room for free which was lovely and just what was needed for my family ( we got two rooms attached together). The pool was really nice and the area around the pool. The location is fantastic for hagia sofia/ blue mosque/ grand bazaar ( I travelled with elderly parents and so needed everything to be close by). The only thing the room didn’t have was an iron ( which I thought was weird- but still made it work) but honestly not a big deal because everything else was amazing!!!! I would definatly stay here again! "
