"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Bad parking situation. If all of the ~15 parking spots around the hotel are taken, you'll have to leave your car to the valet, which is something I personally dislike. The hotel otherwise is decent."

"The room was very clean & the beds comfortable! Only real negative was excessive noise above us (sounded like kids running or jumping & it was late)."

"The parking was my biggest issue. You basically have to park across the road in the over flow parking lot & with young kids. Crossing the road several times, isn’t ideal. I booked through Expedia and it said I had to pay 84.00 at the hotel for taxes & fees. But when I go to check in, they wanted right at 200.00 for the taxes & fees. They gave me a receipt that showed taxes & fees but it still didn’t accumulate up to 200.00? It showed the 84.00 worth of taxes? Not sure about that one.. Overall...
