"Staff were amazing and so friendly, great hotel, would certainly visit again"

"This hotel is five stars top to bottom. They met me at the airport, shuttled me to the hotel, and the service remained excellent the entire time. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The only slight disadvantage is location: the hotel is not within walking distance of the downtown sights, and is not within reasonable walking distance of the metro. But if you're going to be using cars and/or taxis the entire time, that doesn't matter."

"Room and facilities were excellent. Buffet service and beach/pool service let the stay down. Not enough servers for drinks or food, restaurant service poor and buffet generally the same. Overall enjoyable but expected more from a Rixos. (Mr Tailor service was excellent). Also very noisey, loud music but no guests enjoying it?"

"This hotel is really nice I recommend it the room was neat had everything the bathroom was also good. The customer service was great. I had a nice stay . The environment is also safe and close to almost everything."

"They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby"

"Staff was very helpful. But room was not clean is the best way I can put it. Food at the Restaurant was excellent but needs to be cleaner. Toilet needs a revamp too. My thanks to the lady at reception for all her help."
