"The overall experience was OK, but there were several elements missing and some miscommunications that ended up affecting our stay. Now, I know that this is out of the control of the hotel, but there are frequent power cuts in Kuta Lombok and this led to very very annoying Wifi drops, as well as shutdown of the air conditioning in the room. "Our stay for the whole bookings was not comfortable. Noise from a disco bar across the hotel made our sleep and awful ones. We asked to switch room on the next day 2 February 2020 hotel did not cater, because they guarantee that the noise will not repeat on a sunday night, but in reality it didn’t happen. So we insisted to be moved on the early morning of monday 1.20am ish (made us very uncomfortable to unfortunately need to move on that hour, still noise can be heard but after 30mins noise...

"We chose this property because its so unique, colorful and full of character. The design and layout of each villa is fun, beautiful, hippy bohemia style. However, some of the drawbacks is that theres lots of mosquitoes, bugs, spiders, geckos, frogs and monkeys in the building or around the area. So if you dont like having visitors daily then maybe its not for you. We enjoyed it and didnt mind the visitors, in fact, they made our stay more memorable. "This was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was super-accommodating, helping me arrange a climb of Mt Ijen and transport. Though it was out of town, it was in a lovely location and still only a 30-minute walk to the beach, where there's a great lobster restaurant where you can lounge for the day by the beach. BB also had Wonderful espresso drinks with breakfast. Lovely touch. "
