Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Always lots of people sitting waiting to check in and it seems two people on each terminal…and they struggle to sort stuff on the system… our breakfast booking had to be queried…. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at...

"Awesome location for visiting the historical sites such as the Peace Museum, park grounds and A-Bomb Dome. We were a little disappointed that for a triple room, it was very compact and the cleaning could have been improved on. Because the beds were squished in so much, it would have been challenging to vacuum effectively and it showed. The layout of the room was odd as well, with the sink for the bathroom located in the room itself, making it difficult to get to when there was no other space...

Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. "The hotel is very modern, but no real facilities. We arrived early with multiple other guests and just had to dump luggage in the lobby and trust that it was ok. There was only one man checking people in and he stuck a piece of paper on the wall to identify everyone’s luggage- Not very secure. The room was cool, but we had a very stained lounge. A nice place to rest your head, but certainly not anything to write home about. "
