"Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i byen. Vores værelse var dog lidt slidt og fx. sad skabsdør ikke ordentlig fast og hylderne på væggen var skæve og lignede noget der kunne falde ned hvornår det skulle være. Men morgenmaden på hotellet var til gengæld helt igennem fantastisk! 😍"

"We had nice dinner our first night. The only glitch was when I selected the online room service option for me to pick up breakfast at the restaurant rather than delivery. When I went to the restaurant they didn’t know what I was talking about. They found the order and insisted they deliver it instead. That was OK but should not have an option online uf it isn’t really available. "

"The hotel was really nice. The decor, room, lobby, the pictures, music instruments all together it was a nice ambience. Staff was friendly and nice. Madrid city center was 20 to 25 min away for taxi. But 15 min away from the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Room service was fast, less options for room service but quantity of food was good for the price. There is a 5 euro surcharge for each room service delivery. They have DJ on the roof top on Thursdays. Nice vibe on the roof top. Overall...
