"Very nice. I've been staying at this property whenever I can, for 20 years, since they used to provide goldfish upon request. I miss them, but I suppose there are ethical considerations. I was sad that Panzano was closed (only pizza take out) for the Memorial Day Holiday. I've had some amazing meals there and was looking forward to hanging at the Chef's Table. I was able to enjoy breakfast there, so it sort of made up for it. Breakfast chicken hash and coffee was great. Thanks for reading."

"The stay was good and staff nice and attentive. However, the phone line for room service was shut off, which created some challenges (which the staff graciously addressed), and we got a strange valet parking charge, despite having no car . . . The bar is unbelievably loud at Happy Hour, as well."

"Everything was great except for a couple of people at the front desk. The woman who checked us in was fabulous! It was a couple of days later when I inquired about laundry detergent (as suggested in the laundry room) and the women was curt with her response "no we don't have that". Luckily her coworker jumped in with a polite ameer. It was fine I just walked a couple of blocks to go to get it. The only other problem I had was the morning of my flight I had planned to use the atm to get cash...

"Only disappointment was that the Brew Pub was closed the whole time we stayed. I know that there was nothing that could be done but I was looking forward to going there, maybe next time."
