Bed was caved in. I mentioned it to the staff and they said “we are aware and getting new beds.” No offer to comp or discount. Perhaps those rooms should not be available if you know they are not in good condition. Also asked for a towel that never made it up and when I looked around for staff on our floor I was basically ignored. Hate leaving a bad review but this did not meet expectations at all after heaving stayed there before.

The property is in very good condition. The parking is convenient and safe - albeit you have to ADD $22.00 per day to park in the attached garage. I guess paid parking is the “norm” and to be expected in large cities. The ONLY REAL complaint is the bed I slept in. The bed was not soft. There was a CONCAVE DEFORMITY. I’m only 160 lbs and I kept rolling towards the center of the mattress.

My stay was ok. I wasn’t aware that this hotel doesn’t have microwave in rooms but down the hall near the ice machines. I went to the room which was pretty spacious. King bed and a decent view. Housekeeping is another thing. For such a top tier hotel you’d think that would be the thing that was on point. As i noticed that the room wasn’t vacuumed. the creature comforts weren’t restocked. No coffee, sugar, and a used coffee filter still in the coffee maker. No waters in room. I figured i’d wait till the next day to get that replenished. I thought wrong, nothing. They came in and made the bed. My towel was still hanging in the bathroom. Still not vacuumed or the garbage not taken out. The housekeeping was less than helpful. The house keeping manager needs to do a better job with her staff. It’s basically a reflection of your management skills. For such a big name property you’d think this would be basic for a hotel. But these are “first world problems.”

When we arrived at thw property the hotel had approximately 20 to 30 cars beokwn into and the staff was rude and unapologetic to the peoplw this happened to. They did not want to cooperate with local police and for the individuals that had their cars brokwn into and windows smashed offered a credit for parking or breakfast when a new window cost near 400.00 and all of our stays was roughly 300 foe thw 2 nigbts. We will definitely not even be back to the hotel. The only nice employees were Hope and Art.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full.

I had many problems with my room (electricity outlets not working), no water placed after maid services, poorly made bed, plus I could not reach room service for an in room meal as I had work to do. The Guest wifi was out, but they gave me the staff wifi password so could work.

A wedding reception was being held on Saturday night at the hotel and the guest to the wedding party took up all of the available parking for both the garage and valet. My wife drove around the parking garage for 45 minutes looking for parking and ended up having to park at an office parking lot nearby and was not able to park in the garage until three hours later.

It was completely chaotic as soon as we arrived! We waited 3 hours to get to a room and then they didn't have the rooms we booked but when arrived they told us that we would get the rooms we requested. It was the worse situation I have ever been in. Had they let us know that they overbooked, we could have changed our hotel hours earlier.

Unpon check-in the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire endeavor took less than 7 minutes. When entering the elevator (1 of 4), there was trash on the ground which I overlooked because I was ready to get to my room. Immediately upon entering the room I noticed a 3x2 foot stain across the king size bed that looked as if someone spilled a drink on it; it was a light brown color so it was more than noticeable on the white sheets. I called the front desk to ask for the bed to be changed thinking it would be a priority, but after 20 minutes and exhaustion creeping up on me I went to the front desk. The original staff member who checked me in insisted to give me another room, which I obliged as he was continuously kind and empathetic in his interaction. He also provided comps for dinning, which was unnecessary but the gesture was appreciated. I should’ve stayed in the original room haha. It took two days to realize there was dust on the top of the headboard, duct tape (yes the silver duct tape) on the smoke detector, and scotch tape holding a picture together above the bed. I used room service once, and it took about 45 mins to realize why I couldn’t reach anyone; the settings to auto connect on the phone were incorrect. I discovered this when I pressed the valet button and got another department on the line. An additional issue was the water temp. After a minute or so the temp would increase of decrease randomly without me adjusting it.

Me and my partner had a good relaxing stay. Good close parking but did not like the fact you had to pay. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Nothing special but very nice.
