"Absolutely a disgrace and the customer service was even worse. Manager abusive DO NOT stay here. Felt very sorry for the staff working there. Rooms were not as advertised nothing as it was listed."

"Excellent service. Excellent location for mass rail transport. However the ambience outside the hotel is not presentable. Important note is the front of the hotel is not accessible by car. You need to walk at least 30 feet to the road for your taxi. However the excellent service compensates these inconveniences."
