During our recent stay we booked the upgraded king room, a room we always book. We were placed in a small king room with adjoining rooms. The people next door came back 2-2:30 in the morning. They weren’t overly loud but due to the door between our rooms the sound carried and kept us up. I inquired and was told we did have the upgraded room and should have called security. We just should have had what we booked. Didn’t seem right to send security in happy people next store because they came in late from a great evening. Very disappointing!
