Excellent hotel in great location. Friendly, professional staff always ready to help. A few minutes walk to Michigan Ave and great dining options. Great value for money given the central location. Would highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was so clean and smelled so good!!! Great service the entire time! Usually it's like pulling teeth to get the cleaners to come in and clean but they were on top of it the entire stay! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

We only used the restaurant once, the morning before leaving (breakfast) and they had great options. They were out of beef as they had just had a weekend with lots of visitors :-( The rooms were nice, big and clean. The only thing that bothered is that although we were on the 12th floor, you could still hear the loud traffic as if the windows were open.

Room was over priced. The front desk ladies were both disrespectful. The hotel restaurant had a small menu and highly priced. The only thing that was nice about the hotel was the shower. It was over sized. Security was courteous. I’d say look and read about other options.

I came to Eurostars for my birthday weekend, they gave me an upgrade to the 16th floor and man what a view!! Cleaning staff was on point. Desk crew was so friendly gave me places to visit/eat. Cannot wait to come to back to Chicago will be staying here every single time. Thank you guys 🙏

The desk attendant Joe was amazing and super helpful during my stay. Other than the balcony in the room not being accessible my stay was amazing and will be staying here again.

Should definitely invest in automatic doors at the front! Also did not get any help with carrying our bags. The valet kind of helped but it was awkward with the front heavy doors. The staff overall were really nice and welcoming.

I thought many of the staff were friendly. The lack of access to open areas… rooftop and balconies was disappointing. The restaurant downstairs is horrible.

My boyfriend and I got to the hotel and had an easy check in. We got to our room and there was a small issue but the staff was quick to fix and solve our problem. The room we ended up getting was perfect, the room was spacious (like the photo I expected I was paying for) and the view was amazing! It was very quiet too so that was really nice. There was also a safety check as I left the door open, security had came around and checked on us (I think that was really attentive and assuring that no one just leaves doors open). We would stay there again.

I visited Chicago for a concert and stayed at this hotel for a day. The view was really nice from this hotel. The staff were kind and friendly. It was a safe area near food and entertainment. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the parking garage is across the street from the hotel and carrying our luggage from the parking garage to the hotel and vice versa when we checked out was a lot. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the bartender was really kind.
