"The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. "This chateau is not a special place apart for the garden. The rooms are big but not very nice, so is the bathroom. There is no shower, only hand shower. The amenities are very poor. Pretty place but watch out inside.
"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. We then asked for a box of tissue and after looking for one the clerk advised us that there were none in the hotel. The holder for the bathroom glasses was also corroded. On the outside the hotel appears clean but on the inside it was very questionable."
