The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff was even better. Our only complaints were based on where the hotel was positioned, we were really close to the highway and could hear cars wizzing by at all hours, and the bathtub was constantly dripping. That all said the hotel itself was clean and the staff was so very helpful and very friendly.

- Unfortunately, our room (and the other room we booked) was never cleaned during our three night stay, even though we were told it would be. The bathroom had some odd orange drip marks along the wall and doors. - It was extremely loud….all night heard high school kids shouting and running in the halls. - Breakfast was nice with a wide selection. - The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

there were many things that needed to updated, carpets was dirty and worn to the point of needing replacement, vent cover missing in bathroom and bathroom outlet wasn’t properly attached to wall , with a water environment that could be dangerous.

No fan in bathroom, hot & cold water were opposite, where called b/c we had wrong room...this was fine & we stayed in room...but when call came in person just said "hi, who is in this room?" Weird. Wish we did move b/c we were right above hotel entrance & it was loud all night

Hotel clerk was extremely kind and let me check in early after a long flight. She made sure that we got some sleep and I appreciate that so much. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here while in Boston for a Celtics game. It was honestly a lifesaver since I was worried we wouldn’t find anything reasonably priced that was safe and had decent reviews. Rooms were great, the facilities & staff were great. Would stay here again!!

The space was good , it smelled a little wet and muggy /mildew but it could have been due to the fact the hotel building is old . Other than that food was great and services were nice !

This was a great place with really friendly and accomodating staff. The elevators were a little sketchy, but overall I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
