"Check in took a long time-- they could have used more desk staff during peak check-in times. It would have been nice if we could have used our free drink vouchers but the restaurant/bar was too full. Really lovely hotel and friendly staff however."

"Thin walls. Hear everything happening around you. Room was clean and comfortable though. Tv dated. Plenty of sink space. Shower head was tiny with low pressure. When it comes to safety, daytime was fine but night time be wary. Had a scary encounter. Lots of homeless in the area day and night. "
