"Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by. "

"Room ok, location good. The food was also OK. The restaurant was dirty and they played loud music. Tables more suited to bar or club so eating breakfast was not a nice experience. "

"The hotel is beautiful, an art deco gem. The rooms are a little run down - at least the one I was in felt that way and it was very noisy in the morning. I was also surprised that the restaurant and cafe were unable to provide a vegetarian meal beyond a mixed salad .. surely it's not that unusual these days. The staff were sweet and helpful but not that well informed for tourism, the area is interesting and more lively at night."

"The executive rooms bed are due for replacement because of bowing....not suitable for sleeping. Upon checking most of the executive room bed on request for room change had also facing the same bowing problem. Room 418 key always malfunction and the customer had to go up and down to the front desk for replacement and yet the problem still persist. The room key need replacement."
