The room was dirty with a very bad odor especially the bathroom. The wall paper was ripped off in 2 areas, the light fixture in the shower was rusted and the counter top was discolored and has holes. I wanted to move to another room but since it was only for 1 night and we spent most of the time out, we decided to stay there. "Tropicana, you have to do better."

Alot of the elevators and Escalators were not working. Map was slighty confusing to get around. Outdoor adult pool wasnt open and indoor crowded and outdated. Room was okay could have been cleaned better. Hotel all lights missing shades and trash along the hallways

I had booked and paid for the Chelsea room but upon check in they were “sold out” and they moved me to an older room in the north tower which was fine but the room we stayed in was not worth the price I paid. Additionally, we were not allowed to park our truck in valet. We came for the truck show and valet informed us that Ceasars, who owns Tropicana, won’t allow valet to park trucks in the empty lanes available for parking. Heavily inconvenient but good to know so I don’t book there again. Overall, It was clean and bed was comfortable, and the property itself has a lot to offer such as stores and restaurants but I probably won’t book here again.

One thing I didn’t like was that I had to pay $15 for parking. It should be free for people staying in house. Also there was no housekeeping service at all and the garbage was overflowing the tiny little garbage can. Thank you.
