"Bathroom needs major renovation - makeup mirror and the window were broken, nickel plating of tap was torn. There was also an unpleasant smell, presumably because of some insulation problem in jakuzzi. The room was so so but the mirror was extremely dirty. Breakfast was below average. Net, we disliked our stay."

"Upgraded on arrival to a room with a jacuzzi and real fire in the evening, which was nice. The room was a bit tired looking however and the pillows needed changing as they were musty smelling, also no cups provided either day. The guy who lit the fire and served breakfast and generally dealt with any queries was excellent. "
